HI THERE,

My name is Maria Julia, but you can call me Julia, or Maria, I like both. I was born and raised in Brazil but moved to Canada in 2019 and am currently living in Smithers, British Columbia. I'm a wedding and Lifestyle photographer, passionate about everything that brings joy to life, including coffee, dogs, a good book,  the smell of the sea, and the views from the mountains. Even better when in good company.

I am living the life I was given, knowing that God has already mapped it out, so all I have to do is enjoy the journey ahead. Sometimes life can be a little tricky, but the longer I live, the more I have become convinced that God does indeed work all things together for our good. Meanwhile, I have documented the unique moments of this grace-given adventure. 

 

As a wedding photographer, I am able to be part of one of the most important moments of someone's life, and being able to capture it brings joy to my own life.

While I call Smithers, BC home, I am ready to travel the province and beyond to tell your story.
